A WI overview page will have the below format. The information on this page all comes from the MCS so please ensure that your WI meeting details are up to date on the MCS.
On the MCS, navigate to your WI's record, the page should look like the below. Here you will be able to edit your WI meeting details which will then be updated on the WI overview page. The areas highlighted below are shown on the WI page.
Tip: please ensure your latitude and longitude coordinates are entered for your WI to appear on the map on the WI website.
To do this simply add your WIs postcode and click on the latitude/longitude field to automatically populate the fields.
Alternatively, click manual override to manually enter latitude and longitude details. You can use this website, http://universimmedia.pagesperso-orange.fr/geo/loc.htm and type in the postcode for the WI. You will be supplied with latitude and longitude values for that postcode.
Tip: please ensure you do not change the Asset Status of the WI Overview page.
If the Overview page is in Safe Edit mode, changes that sync from the MCS to the website will not be visible on the Live page.
