This process applies to any type of asset: whether you're deleting a page, a file or an image.
Deleting a single asset
- To delete an asset, first navigate to the asset you would like to remove using the Asset Tree.
- Right click the asset you want to delete and hover your mouse over Move and click Delete from here

- You will see a pop up asking you to confirm the deletion. If you are sure you want to delete the asset, click Next.

Deleting multiple assets
- You can select multiple assets from the Asset Tree by holding the Ctrl (or command on Mac) keys and clicking all of the assets you want to delete.
- Follow steps 2 and 3 from above.
If you send an asset to the trash by mistake please contact the NFWI Digital Assistant immediately and we will attempt to restore the asset to its original location. Please try and include as many details as possible - where the asset was previously, (approximately) what it was called etc. Just like on a desktop computer Matrix has a "Recycling Bin". This is emptied out fairly regularly, at least once a month, so please do try and alert us as quickly as possible to ensure we have the best chance of retrieving your asset.
If you have any questions or issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch with o.li@nfwi.org.uk
